PAW Patrol fans – we need you! Six naughty kittens from the hit Nick Jr. TV show have escaped and are hiding in Blackburn Market.
Trail organiser Blackburn Business Improvement District (BID) needs your help finding the mischievous characters, built and presented by BRICKLIVE from thousands of toy bricks.
The six kittens are part of this summer’s 21-piece PAW Patrol brick trail – featuring your favourite characters and buildings including Chase, Marshall, Skye and the gang. Police pup Chase is on the case, but he needs your help to track them down in Blackburn Market.
A competition is running for those who help to find the missing cats, plus there are also trail maps with quizzes related to PAW Patrol and the brick trail. Maps are available from the Ask Me Point in the Mall to help families explore the town and find all the models.
The pups range in size from 75cm to 120cm high and each model is built from a huge 25,000-31,000 bricks. The trail also features a 2m tall control tower using over 65,000 bricks plus a selfie-zone of Marshall’s Fire Truck using a whopping 160,000 bricks.
Blackburn BID were selected to host the world’s first PAW Patrol brick trail, which is running across the town between 23 August and 1 September. The town, rebranded ‘Brickburn’ to celebrate the trail, is also hosting a number of fringe events – including interactive brick and PAW Patrol themed activities.
Catherine Price, Blackburn BID Manager, said: “The Brickburn PAW Patrol brick trail is the ultimate opportunity for Blackburn to come together and celebrate toy bricks. From little ones to big kids, Brickburn will have something for all fans with these iconic brick models.
“We hope families will enjoy exploring Blackburn town centre, visiting each PAW Patrol character on the trail, and helping us to locate each of these naughty kittens in Blackburn Market.” Brickburn’s PAW Patrol brick trail – presented and built by BRICKLIVE – will take place from 23 August till 1 September across Blackburn centre.
