A BUSINESS based in Blackburn’s indoor market has expanded and moved to a bigger stall.
SAM Seafood has devoted a section of their stall to a new range of seasonal vegetables locally sourced from Woods’ Farm.
The brand new range, which will change with the seasons, includes tomatoes, cauliflower, sprouts, carrots and cabbage.
In addition to offering seafood and handpicked vegetables, owner Sally Halliday plans to introduce home-made ready to cook convenience dishes to accompany her seafood range including roasted vegetables, cauliflower cheese, potato and leek gratin and vegetable soup.
The stall has been in the market for over 15 years providing customers with cooked seafood including their popular ready to cook fish pies and battered fish products.
Owner Sally Halliday, said: “Our customers really appreciate our cooked seafood and our convenience dishes so we’re excited to be expanding our range of products even further. It’s all local produce which complements our seafood range well.”
