Alan Taylor from Spuds ‘n’ Puds on the market has worked with the local Royal British Legion to create a “poppy” stall to raise funds as part of the annual remembrance commemorations and Poppy Appeal.
The stall, which is next to Spuds ‘n’ Puds near the Church Street entrance has a range of poppy items for you to buy including giant sized poppies, wristbands, wreaths, bracelets, zipper tags, badges, car poppies and a whole lot more. Not forgetting, of course, the traditional lapel poppies.
